Every athlete, every coach and every team moves within a story. Pressure does not arise solely from the situation – but from the meaning we assign to it.
Pressure is not only the situation. It’s the meaning you give it.

The event has been fully booked in recent years, so early registration is recommended: “first come – first served” principle. Participants of the workshops “What Olympic Athletes Really Need: Mindfulness, ACT & Social Meditation in High-Performance Settings” (14–17.09.26) will be given priority admission to the Tiroler Tag der Sportpsychologie.
The Tiroler Tag der Sportpsychologie has been successfully held for over a decade and has established itself as a central platform for professional exchange in elite sports. Participants gain in-depth insights into sports psychological support for top-level teams, complemented by practical workshops on coaching behavior, individual athlete support, and self-leadership in sport. Discussion circles and jour fixe formats also provide space for personal networking and the development of new cooperation projects between coaches and sports psychologists. Due to consistently positive feedback, the event will take place again in 2026.
